You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or engages in misuse.

4. Service Provider (Technician) Obligations

• Provide accurate information about qualifications and experience.
• Honour appointments and agreements made with customers.
• Maintain professional quality and safety standards.
• Not contact customers outside the platform to circumvent platform fees.

5. Customer Obligations

• Submit genuine and serious service requests.
• Respond to technicians in a timely manner.
• Not abuse the ratings or review system.
• Refrain from any fraudulent or misleading activity.

6. Payments & Fees

Prices are negotiated directly between the customer and the technician through the platform. خدمة - سوريا may charge technicians fees for accessing requests or using premium features. Any applicable fees are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including logos, designs, text, and software — is the exclusive property of خدمة - سوريا and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. خدمة - سوريا is not liable for damages arising from:

• Work performed or not performed by technicians.
• Technical outages or service interruptions.
• User-generated content.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
